BEAT THE CONMEN - RISE MALAYSIAN RISE (PART 2) : Why oh why did I fall?
Assalamulaikum all,
Yesterday, I posted on simple conman tactics to ruin your day maybe months, or years. How do they do it in a case of simple tool and money as their target.
There's a saying, if a salesman doesn't succeed in selling - he will be called a conman by his investors. If he succeed, he is legendary. I cant totally agree with this. A sales person is a job with professionalism with a product. A salesman has a product to sell. Conman, they use the product to con people. that is not a thin fine line, that's a thick line dude!
Okay okay okay! Now let's get going, upon the previous case it was about victim's money. Today, this decade anywhere in this world there are so many tools a conman can use such as women, wealth, freedom, family, country, religion. NO, I am not going to say politics because i am not into politics. All the tools above has a bridge and the bridge is the act of words, face, gestures, touch, eye contact. Well , i believe if i have more time i will write more on this tools. But basically its about :
1. worrying the victim about something that the victim virtually thinks he/she has it but he/she does not.
2. worrying the victim about what will happen in the future if you are still in your current state.
3. worrying the victim on how your life could change with the conman's ideas/solution/thoughts.
Lay back dude, I will relate why you fall in this 3 things above, and many more.
Explaining the case on the previous post : UJUB, RIAK and TAKBUR is the key of con. Sad to say, the victim has all of the above to fall. Yes, you fell because you have all of those above without you realizing it.
Let's flashback to the previous precious case:
Step 1 : RIAK :
Tool : Handphone
Mood : Hectic/Troubled
Target 30% of your income = 10K
I will invest for my self, to con you by buying an Iphone 5 or any other
hand phone funkier than yours. or i will borrow some other person money
to buy a funkier phone than yours. OR i am the worst scum ever, i
borrow my friends funkier phone than yours and pretend it's mine. (DUDE
I've never done this okay!)
Then, i have this phone in my hand- i pretend to make a call. Flashing
my funky phone to you! Just how would you feel! Then , i start a
conversation in the phone in front of you (although there's no one
there), making some serious smirks on my face, talking about some amount
of money that i have to spend at a range more than your bonus (as your
bonus is 30K) , say about 50K. For sure , you have just got your bonus,
and now you are feeling it's not enough. After a while, i hang up the
phone and put it right in front of you.
A conman will start it's conversation with egoistic unsatisfactory mode, slowly catching your attention.
Conman on the phone : "What? How come? Ermm... Ok.. I'll get to it!"
Conman to you : "I told this guy on the phone, if it's not enough he should tell me earlier. Sigh!!".
now, this is subtle RIAK. It's not rocket science to understand!
Why did you fall for this, because you have RIAK deep inside you. Deep inside you wish you are the who is talking in the phone like the conman. You want to feel important for yourself, hearing those words you felt inferior, mini-me, small, tiny, micro, nano - although its just a few second heart ticks of RIAK wishing but you wish you can, deep deep inside, you wish someone would call you for help, in front of your friends. and you can say words similarly as what he said to you.
Mightily, you keep it inside, thinking it would slide away in a few miliseconds but it has already been registered at the back of your brain with the key words of 'WHAT IF' in my Malay words - 'KALAU laa aku'.
e.g : What if i am the one who gets that call? What If I have that kind of money to dump in that project?
Okay. Lets go to TAKBUR
STEP 2: TAKBUR
Tool : Handphone
Mood : Attach Subtly
Target 30% of your income = 10K
Now, I will start subtly to talk bout your phone and mock you one shot
direct stab to your heart. Remember, a conman will manipulate your heart
when your brain is distracted. I will make an excuse for you to take
out your phone. such as , " hey, do you have my latest number?". You
will have to take out your phone. i will pretend to tell you a phone
number and then after a few chat.
conman will boast: " This is my new phone, wanna have a look?".
now, if u take my phone, you are in my development phase. whilst, you
have taken my phone i will grab and play with yours. Now, I will play
with your ego.
Then,I will start : "Dude, your phone doesn't have my phone feature..
bla bla bla bla~" and the brag goes on. I will wait for your pupils to
dilate before making my next killer words.
Once you felt small, while toying with my funky phone, I will directly
say it eye to eye "You can't afford my phone." with NOT AN AGGRESSIVE
TONE. Now, you are deep in my territory. I have caught you (If you are
weak enough). Most of the victims have high egoistic level. This ego
level makes them very prone to this kind of attacks. Now , the final
phase to tear you apart and get my reward the UJUB!
Why oh why, Oh My Innerself , why did i fall for this scam??
Same as above, because deep inside you have TAKBUR. the ugliest side of arrogance. you wish, you can have you own latest number and tell it to other people.and people will ask - Why you have a new mobile number? and you can answer with TAKBUR, i bought a new phone! devillish isn't it? That's what you are inside when you have TAKBUR. IF you have that funky Iphone 5, you can put it on the desk showing off to your peers. You can start mocking people with less funkier phone dude!. You can boast with it's funky feature although you dont even know how to use it! Just because you wanna say "I have and U don't right on those faces that you hate, you dispise, deep inside that's what you are!" you think you are the coolest guy ever lived on earth!
another simple example : IF you drive a hybrid car - u want to boast about it's fuel economy to your non-hybrid friend, or you have a luxurious branded handbag and your peers do not have! owh my owh my, just imagine how cruel you are, how evil you have become with this TAKBUR and you fall for this trap. Just because your TAKBUR feeling that you have that you cannot achieve which is very pure, but you fall for this con trap just to make your TAKBUR to be reality!
Okay, enough - lets go to your final devilish fall. UJUB
STEP 3: UJUB
Tool : Handphone
Mood : Devilish Helpful
Now, you are deep inside angry, felt your ego has torn down. and I will
charm you like the closest angel ever in your life saying : "I have an
opportunity for YOU, and for US".
This two word is the key word for CONMEN - YOU, and US. I will throw
more convincing words that i am willing to make you richer than me, i am
willing to help you get that funky phone, i am gonna make you insanely
rich because i am willing to help you!
I will relate my false conversation about the 50K i have to spend. and
here it goes "You can invest in me for 10K, i have 40K but i need 50K
for this business. You also heard my conversation in the phone before,
this is GENUINE business. i have been doing this for years and i BELIEVE
in you, you can become my PARTNER." This is the most common words being
used by a conman.
So what will you do? You have 10K, out of 30K which is a bonus that you
just received, and i know about it. You do not weight the value of 10K
as much as your savings because it is a bonus. At worse situation, you
might even pull 10K out of your saving if you trust in me so much based
on the WHAT I HAVE and YOU DO NOT HAVE.
As upon all the above has already done. Then, here comes the PROPOSAL! The proposal or the hellgate is a normal one.....
Why oh why did you fall again? Humpty Dumpty sat on the wall, humpty dumpty had a great fall, so did you!
YES. You have UJUB, but unlike the first two steps, you are executing your UJUB. The first two falls you fell for - you had the desire for the future to be able to do things you cant do now. The conman has succeed to make you feel small, nano, steppable, worthless, and now your ego has landed. You have an opportunity to show your power, your graceful wonders, to prove that - "I AM CAPABLE TO BE AT THE SAME STAIRS WITH YOU MR CONMAN!!" Deep in side, actually not so deep, maybe just below the surface you are screaming in your heart :"YEAHHH, I ALSO HAVE THE POWER, U CAN'T OVERRULE ME!" and all those dignity thing comes in your thought. you keep the arrogance in side your heart which is clearly UJUB, thinking your conman doesn;t know about it but actually he is the one controlling the game. he wants you to think that way. he wanted to seduce you in that manner. and you have fall by executing your UJUB!
and that is why you fall. because of your inferior complex. because you felt small. you want to be bigger, and you are not grateful with what you have. you want more, the greed , the thought of success , freedom , social status and many more unfulfilled dream of yours now has a shortcut.
Just how, can we avoid this things? And make sure it's GENUINE? Well, here's a few ideas.
1.) Listen first decide later.
There is a method which i created which called 'Opposite Attracts'.
Listen carefully on the key words such as GENUINE, FAMILY, EVERYTHING.
A person who use this words to sell is simply arguable.
When a person says
"this is GENUINE business!". does that mean before this or in other business it is not GENUINE?
"you are like FAMILY/BROTHER to me!". this are people who are not your family. Real men, they don't talk this way, we understand each other if you are already like a brother to me. We don't express ridiculous like this in business.(unless you are really family of him!)
"Drop off EVERYTHING!" so.. if you drop off everything, what's left for you, you will be left with NOTHING!
"I SWEAR I TELL U THE TRUTH!" so.. he has been lying all this years?
There are other keywords that you can key it everyday, find the opposites and you have to digest it by yourself.
Always decide later, when you are thinking on your own time of space. Don't decide there and then on major things such as investments and business decision unless you are a professional decider. Talk to people who knows about the items and cases.
2.) Look for evidence.
Find evidence of who you're talking too. You might known a person for so long but you dont REALLY know him. Look for legitimate reasons and evidence of what he is saying. Don't judge the person by his appearance, search for things which support his words then search for thing which does not support his words. Compare them and always remember 1000 rights will not ever write off 1 wrong.
3.) Be grateful, not Bloody-full.
Above all the things the conman has, and what you have, be grateful with what you have and set a dream with effort to get it. Not a shortcut. Shortcut wont happen, business has no such thing to do with luck. Opportunities will rise when you search for one. How do you handle the opportunity determines your success rate. Yeah, i know you're mocking me when i say business is not about luck. I dont believe in luck. As per what i've posted before , remembrance of God. The Almighty WHO PLANS EVERYTHING. Opportunities happen because he led you to that opportunity, to test you. Be grateful for that opportunity test. The conman situation is a test, it's a test of GREED, unlike your work based opportunities, it's a test of commitment. Shortcuts always lead you to greed wether you like it or not. Everything happens because Allah the Almighty let it happen to you, to test you and i can assure you if you are not GREEDY, that you are THANKFUL you will gain more than you think.
4.) Pray hard for guidance.
There are times things are too confusing, that we do not have enough experience to guide us. We smash our thinking cap, blurred by all this worldly things, we cant think straight. Just where should we go. Pray to GOD. I pray to Allah, seek for help, if you have other God's you can try praying seek for help from your God or my God(I seek help from the Allah, the God Ahmad is praying to!) too. No harm trying though!
Okay , I know some of you thing what is this kinda fishy thingy bloggy thing his writing about God and stuff. Then let met answer to you with a question, When there's no one around to guide you, who would seek refuge from? You wanna look for guidance from your surroundings? It might just confuse you more and more. there's no harm trying to pray, instead - why don't we try praying first then only seek ideas from the other earthlings? It works for me!

BEAT THE CONMEN - RISE MALAYSIAN RISE (PART 1) : What you have , what they have.
Assalamualaikum all,
The previous post was in Malay, thus i felt uneasy on it as most of my non-malay friends might not fully understand what i would like to express about.
A few months back, i photographed a few mosque pictures, as there are a few of my non-muslim friends were asking. How's the mosque interior looks like? What do we do in the mosque? Why mosque's are majorly huge in Malaysia? Well, i say, a picture speaks for itself. I managed to upload a few pics in my facebook for them to view(which i hope they view it) in descriptions of (MISI JELAJAH MASJID). But, a simple query rose from my lovely wife. "Not all of your friends might be comfortable with that image, they might think that you're boasting your prayers in the mosque yow!!". Well, somehow it make sense, i myself cannot say that i am 100% not to be proud of what i have posted in facebook including those images. Maybe at that time i was not showing off, but who knows deep inside my heart there's an 'UJUB' situation maybe not today, maybe tomorrow or maybe will mislead it into RIAK or worsen as TAKBUR on a later shelf of life. Thus, I decided not to upload it anymore as in the future it may harm my heart. I stopped posting for a few weeks, and yes i felt less burden on this case (for me), i have uploaded and its up to the viewers to evaluate though. My concern was to share the images of Jemaah(group of prayers with Imam), Kuliyyah (classes in the mosque) and some more activities in the mosque. I have done my part i guess.
Well. what's RIAK, TAKBUR and UJUB anyways? Maybe for the Muslims it is a simple fact that this are all bad things in the heart causing self demoralization in the future. But since a few of my viewers are non Muslims, as i call it my Malaysian family, these might give you some explanation of this words. I will explain this briefly and relate it how to BEAT THE CONMEN.
WHAT IS RIAK?
RIAK is like showing off with what you have. I really mean it like SHOWING OFF TO THE MAX!
As an example lets take a situation like this guys. Lets say i have a 1 Million Dollars.and my neighbour is driving a Porsche Panamera, and i felt intimadated by it. Deep in my heart i say - Darn u neighbour, i gotta beat u man! thus i spend that millionary dollar to buy a flashier car, let's say a Alfa Romeo 8 C Competizione, with 4 mufflers with a Maseratti v8 engine!
So, i got my car, parked exactly in front of him, blocking his Panamera - making sure that he is aware that i have a flashier car than him. REVVING UP TO 9000RPM, darn it sounds better than his car. and i say to him "My car is better than yours." in a polite way with a soft tone. Trying not to hurt his feelings but deep inside i want to show that i am better than him.
THIS IS RIAK.
WHAT IS TAKBUR?
TAKBUR is being arrogant, being proud of what you have, and showing it off TO THE MAXXEST!
Take the RIAK example above but add it up with REVVING your engine at 9000 RPM each time you see him. doing donuts aroud his PANAMERA and mocking his property to win your asset feature. you would knock his door in the middle of the night and yell loudly for the other neighbours to hear your arrogance "Your PANAMERA is useless, I am the only one in ASIA to drive MY 8C and I WOULD BUY YOUR PANAMERA AND SELL IT TO MY GARDENER!". Obviously, you want to hurt his feelings and show to other people that you have hurt his feelings, moreover you want to tell the whole nation that you are on top of the world!!
THIS IS TAKBUR.
WHAT IS UJUB.
UJUB is you have RIAK AND TAKBUR but you keep it inside but Allah knows it. Your neighbour does'nt know it. You buy your 8C. drive it as usual, trying to act very subtle about it but deep inside your heart - you are laughing with arrogance. Deep inside your heart you have this evil thought that you are far better than your PANAMERA neighbour. but he doesn;t know. Your neighbour even thinks that you're the humbles person on earth, but Allah knows best! Allah know's deep inside your heart you are evil, arrogant and very proud of what you have.
How to beat this 3 items?
The only way to beat this stuff, is by remembrance. Remembrance that you will not have your 8C if it is not God willing. You will not be born here without God's willing. You're not what you are today without God's willing.
What are the relations of these felts with the tactics of a CONMAN?
Each conman, i say every single conman will have this features. And RIAK, UJUB , and TAKBUR is a weapon of action to pull you down. It can be material, it can be action, it can be by words. A con-men will use the UJUB as his plan, the RIAK as his design phase and TAKBUR as it's development phase and the end product is the VICTIM.
Let's turn it into a case.
The simple - single target victim
If i were a conman( I am not and Insya-Allah i wont be!!) and my objective that I need 10 thousand dollars from you. I will use what i have to build my CON project.
1.) I will study what you have by assuming from what i see. Assuming that you are using a Blackberry BOLD and some major event occur in your life which gave you a bit of wealth such as its your BONUS day. Assuming that u get a total sum of bonus such as 30K. I will target at least 30% of your wealth into my pocket.

If you disagree, or look like going to agree, conman will say : " It's up to you, dont tell me that i've never ask you to join me when I am chained with success!" Those bold letters are the key word.
If a desperate conman, who really2 need your trust, conman will say: "Drop off EVERYTHING! Let's focus on this and I bet you my Life/Blood/Family this opportunity wont appear twice and we will SUCCEED!"
As you can see, I do not talk about with the business return you can buy a flashier phone, i let that idea compute by yourself. Deep inside I am proud with the funkier phone than yours , I have managed to trick you. I am better than you but i don tell you, and that is the conman's ULTIMATE WEAPON.
In this part , I use the handphone as an example. A tool can be anything, a watch, a car, an ideology, a house, a wife, person, house. just whatever your have and the conman has.
REMEMBER, those words above in capital and bold letters.
As i've written before, as a Muslim I am thought to preach knowledge not only to Muslims but all. My fellow brother and sisters of Muslims, Malaysians, Asians, Earthlings take pre-cautions. I will write more again after this. Con-men rise from the people you think you know best as they make themselves known to be what they want you to know.I forbid for you guys to practice this evil, gross, shitty actions. Spit out UJUB, RIAK and TAKBUR from your inner self. Life will be great!

I will invest for my self, to con you by buying an Iphone 5 or any other hand phone funkier than yours. or i will borrow some other person money to buy a funkier phone than yours. OR i am the worst scum ever, i borrow my friends funkier phone than yours and pretend it's mine. (DUDE I've never done this okay!)
Then, i have this phone in my hand- i pretend to make a call. Flashing my funky phone to you! Just how would you feel! Then , i start a conversation in the phone in front of you (although there's no one there), making some serious smirks on my face, talking about some amount of money that i have to spend at a range more than your bonus (as your bonus is 30K) , say about 50K. For sure , you have just got your bonus, and now you are feeling it's not enough. After a while, i hang up the phone and put it right in front of you.
A conman will start it's conversation with egoistic unsatisfactory mode, slowly catching your attention.
Conman on the phone : "What? How come? Ermm... Ok.. I'll get to it!"
Conman to you : "I told this guy on the phone, if it's not enough he should tell me earlier. Sigh!!".
now, this is subtle RIAK. It's not rocket science to understand!
STEP 2: TAKBUR
Tool : Handphone
Mood : Attach Subtly
Target 30% of your income = 10K
Now, I will start subtly to talk bout your phone and mock you one shot direct stab to your heart. Remember, a conman will manipulate your heart when your brain is distracted. I will make an excuse for you to take out your phone. such as , " hey, do you have my latest number?". You will have to take out your phone. i will pretend to tell you a phone number and then after a few chat.
conman will boast: " This is my new phone, wanna have a look?".
now, if u take my phone, you are in my development phase. whilst, you have taken my phone i will grab and play with yours. Now, I will play with your ego.
Then,I will start : "Dude, your phone doesn't have my phone feature.. bla bla bla bla~" and the brag goes on. I will wait for your pupils to dilate before making my next killer words.
Once you felt small, while toying with my funky phone, I will directly say it eye to eye "You can't afford my phone." with NOT AN AGGRESSIVE TONE. Now, you are deep in my territory. I have caught you (If you are weak enough). Most of the victims have high egoistic level. This ego level makes them very prone to this kind of attacks. Now , the final phase to tear you apart and get my reward the UJUB!
STEP 3: UJUB
Tool : Handphone
Mood : Devilish Helpful
Now, you are deep inside angry, felt your ego has torn down. and I will charm you like the closest angel ever in your life saying : "I have an opportunity for YOU, and for US".
This two word is the key word for CONMEN - YOU, and US. I will throw more convincing words that i am willing to make you richer than me, i am willing to help you get that funky phone, i am gonna make you insanely rich because i am willing to help you!
I will relate my false conversation about the 50K i have to spend. and here it goes "You can invest in me for 10K, i have 40K but i need 50K for this business. You also heard my conversation in the phone before, this is GENUINE business. i have been doing this for years and i BELIEVE in you, you can become my PARTNER." This is the most common words being used by a conman.
So what will you do? You have 10K, out of 30K which is a bonus that you just received, and i know about it. You do not weight the value of 10K as much as your savings because it is a bonus. At worse situation, you might even pull 10K out of your saving if you trust in me so much based on the WHAT I HAVE and YOU DO NOT HAVE.
As upon all the above has already done. Then, here comes the PROPOSAL! The proposal or the hellgate is a normal one. I dont really need to tell it how. Thus,
If you agree, or look like going to agree, conman will say: "C'mon, I've known you for so long, we can make huge impact on this. You have to TRUST me. We're like blood brothers man! We're family" the key word is TRUST.
If you disagree, or look like going to agree, conman will say : " It's up to you, dont tell me that i've never ask you to join me when I am chained with success!" Those bold letters are the key word.
If a desperate conman, who really2 need your trust, conman will say: "Drop off EVERYTHING! Let's focus on this and I bet you my Life/Blood/Family this opportunity wont appear twice and we will SUCCEED!"
As you can see, I do not talk about with the business return you can buy a flashier phone, i let that idea compute by yourself. Deep inside I am proud with the funkier phone than yours , I have managed to trick you. I am better than you but i don tell you, and that is the conman's ULTIMATE WEAPON.
In this part , I use the handphone as an example. A tool can be anything, a watch, a car, an ideology, a house, a wife, person, house. just whatever your have and the conman has.
REMEMBER, those words above in capital and bold letters.
As i've written before, as a Muslim I am thought to preach knowledge not only to Muslims but all. My fellow brother and sisters of Muslims, Malaysians, Asians, Earthlings take pre-cautions. I will write more again after this. Con-men rise from the people you think you know best as they make themselves known to be what they want you to know.I forbid for you guys to practice this evil, gross, shitty actions. Spit out UJUB, RIAK and TAKBUR from your inner self. Life will be great!

Beat the Con (Pre)
Assalamualaikum Warahmatullah,
Insya Allah, mulai hari ini saya akan cuba berkongsi pengalaman hidup tentang hidup dan tentang permainan kehidupan. Tujuan?? Wallahualam, mungkin ada secuis kesedaran dalam diri saya untuk berkongsi pengalaman ini agar anak-anak muda, saudara mara, sahabat handai, ataupun sesiapa pun yang membaca dapat sedikit rujukan dalam membuat keputusan dalam kehidupan masing-masing. Mungkin dalam perniagaan, pembelajaran, hubungan silaturrahim, perjuangan dan sepelbagai coretan warna yang telah disediakan di dunia ini untuk kita.
Saya akan terus cuba menulis dalam bahasa yang difahami oleh orang Malaysia yang lumrahnya sangat indah di hujani dengan pelbagai kaum. Seribu kemaafan dipinta atas nukilan ini yang berbentuk agak pelik dari kebiasaan ayatnya. Tulisan saya akan lebih fokus tentang golongan muda yang berdarah panas, sentiasa lapar dengan ilmu dan kejayaan- kebiasaannya abaliti golongan ini luar biasa tapi sering disekat, dipandang enteng, dihingus-hinguskan dan diambil kesempatan oleh orang yang lebih matang dan yakin untuk mempergunakan unsur-unsur kemenangan di sekelilingnya sedangkan sebenarnya kemenangan itu adalah hak golongan muda sendiri. Apakah masih ada tempat untuk kejayaan orang muda? Bagaimana hendak mengenali golongan parasit yang mengambil kesempatan ini dan bagaimana mereka bertindak? Adakah golongan parasit ini hanya datang dari golongan tua? Sehampir manakah parasit ini di sekeliling kita?

THE IT ROLE PRECISION
Hi,
Its a been quite a good year, a few projects has been whistling at my door but the challenge to get good development role players is very very uncomfy.
It's been almost a few years i've climbed my way up my software architect path. Nowadays, it's seems very hard to find good programmers here(maybe in the whole world). yeah, maybe shots of IT software techies out there says my word is totally BS. but the true fact is i can find thousands of coders but not good programmers, so its harder to find software engineers or even architects.
The differences are very wide, big, enourmous. Coders you can easily google them.. and find millions from the East Asia area, India, pakistan, bangladeshis, iran, arabs, malaysia , singapore and many more. Programmers , slightly heavier on the europe and the America sides. Malaysia?.. i have only found 1 who i can really rely too.
What differentiates them?
Please be noted, i am writing on behalf of my experience for 7 years as an IT enterpreneur. I dont need to boast who are my clients as it wont bring any good in this article.
GUI Coders/Designer.
Any software person will start via coding. Either frontend or backend. Front end means the visual object or anything which the software will display, mostly it engraves the GUI. A web based application heavily relies on these people such HTML based. when we are talking about PHP/Ruby/CF/ASP.NET web forms, the interface are all HTML based. which needs some tweaking on the html side to put links and many more.
Backend/FrontEnd Coders.
These needs a person to master certain type of languages. The world has more than 200 languages up to date. AS the infamous commercial ones are preferredly PHP, Ruby, ASP, C#, VB, C++, Perl, Java, J# , F#, and many more.
For a start a coder will have to be well versed in a certain type of language. E.g : PHP (the easiest of them all i guess). Back end processes the system function at the back of the system without the knowledge of the user of bothering the GUI designer. As for this market segment of people, most of them are like football fans or pop-fans, one languager might be pro-to his/her preferred language rather than other. What's the difference of these languages? for me... it depends on how you manipulate it, it not a powerful magic tool or whatsoever, it is just about how well you know how to mingle with the codes based on your process flow.
I started with borland C++, i got too hook up with it. but later then i switched companies and the company required me to do VB and Perl. a few years after that, i HAD to learn PHP and java as the business required them, then i got to do Matlab(which is really quite stiff), last but not least i had to master C#. My conclusion, wether the languange uses a post compiler or not, it all depends on the system process design it self. The codes are not magical chants that works by itself, we have to get around it. but if you decide to be CODER, and do not want to understand any type of process design(JIT/ PMI/ EVA etc.) just stick to the codings.
SOFTWARE ENGINEERS & PROGRAMMERS.
These are the people who designs the system process from start-> processes-> end. It requires heavy know how to put the processes in place. Not so much coding knowledge on a particular language are required. Understand what your client wants. think like an engineer...program your brain to solve problems.... ask your analyst to gather the coders and build the system.
Sound simple.. nothing much .. just solve the problems with your processes. but this is hard work dude!
DATABASE ENGINEERS & PROGRAMMERS
These are the people who make really big difference on the system storage capacity. They design the database tables, function, queries, diagrams and schedules. As most of today systems' uses databases, these people are crucial although they have always been in the lime light. Among of their scope are preparing Input forms, Storing procedures, and report views. Diagrams such as USE CASE, DFD , ERD.. and many more. In most of my projects and software that i build, my database is my system backbone. The inter-table relationships will highly be committed to your system data capture performance. I have seen many coders trying to build their database by chunking all data in one table, or building tables with no relationships. which has jeopardized a system integrity so much. Make it Informix DB2, oracle, mysql, postgresl, sqlSERVER, Lotus? it all uses the same law to design your database, and the SQL syntax are almost the same, just abit different for their branding markups. Backup plans, replication or HA are all additional features based on your client requirements.
SOFTWARE ARCHITECTS
Layman thinks architect only design the system, but the true fact is the workload is more on human to human contact and turn it into a working system. The scope of work encovers all of those i mentioned above. But on the coding part, it requires them to understand more than 1 language. If you ask me, an architect should understand the structure of a language, not memorizing them like a coder, to do this, try understanding the C languange structure, Electrical gate structure and a few algorithms. Those are technical part. The most challenging part is for the architect to connect with all the people involved in a particular project, PM, Legal, Clients, DB engineers, Risk management officers, Hardware, Software and many more. in a project management hierarchy, and architect will be placed under the project director and above the project manager.
Moreover he/she should be able to verse all the contract clause and scope of work of a particular project for a current software project.
HARDWARE ARCHITECTS
Almost the same as Software architect but the scope of work is detailed on hardware.
SOLUTION ARCHITECT.
These is the highest hierarchy in a system development role.It covers both hardware arch and software arch soundly. It might take more than 10 years to achieve this level.
Conclusion.
So which one are you? choose wisely. This is a step by step process. To achieve up to the Engineer level , one must know Project Management(briefly) to know his/her role as an engineer in a development team. Unlike coders, their responsibility is just to code, just like assembly machines. They just do what they are told to do. Engineers solved problems and minimizes the risk on technical developments. Architects must be well versed in Project Management, best advise is to know soundly on Project Management Process (you can read and practice PMBOK). Architects also must be soundly to be humane rather than a robot, meaning in terms of project liquidity planning on finance, risk management, schedule management and most importantly people management.
Sounds tedious right? but just remember everyday is a learning process, IT is a very fast paced industry, therefore never ever put your learning curve to a fullstop.

Why didn't they and won't they vote?
Everyone one wants to change the world but no one wants to try!
Local mass media shouts the lacks of youngster voting. Why? Why does this young people putting their country at stake? I do not know in what relevancy of their research output, simplified and summarized the youngsters are not interested in politics. In a layman sense, just who wouldn't want to live in peace, everyone does. even a crying baby of 1 minute birth cries for peace once she enters this world.
It is a matter of generation gap. Adults, elder people who fought for independence really appreciate these nation soils of growth as they have seen blood spilling all, uneven manner of hipocracy, racisme, ethnicisme, and more negativity. But those negativity was put aside as they need to be in control in an organization of their own. Together they started hand in hand to fight something bigger than 'life', creating a nation. But yet, several groups has come to an issue when it comes to create these dream, filling it with spices of nightmare based on individual interest blanket with promising nations. There were more than 3 political parties back before 1950's in our country. but yet, they managed to get the independence on 1957 ; but yet singapore left as almost a decade later to minimize national threat for a nation which is only 10 years old. And you elderly people are accusing your young guns not caring about the nation????
it is known now, this year 2011 they are 4 major political parties and a few years back it has become 3 vs 1 but still the '1' wins not with a landslide, but winning is still winning. The true fact about the non-voters who 1 day will become voters, they dont really see the political party as a party. They are not looking at politics as a layman anymore, not figuring it out as one big blanket. They are now able to seek, to research, to observe what is inside the party. the tits and bits on what is good or bad.
Simulation - Ok just imagine we have 3 boxes of apple, box A has some good some rotten. Box B has all rotten apples, and box C are all good young apples in fresh condition. All these 3 boxes are sold at an equal price, where everyone can afford to buy. Would any consumer take the rotten, semi rotten boxes? Hell no, I will take box C, they is no way a sane man would take other then BOX C!! and just how would we check those boxes,of course by digging inside and check one by one.
That is the whole issue, nowadays people vote the person. Not a person who is rotten. As long as a candidate (who will be your leader) is dirty,why would you even vote him/her? they can furnish candidates with grades, titles and money, but that's not the ticket for these people to start voting. People dont vote for people with the most money today.
To be the leader, to be voted - a leader should be the best among it's group. The BEST Malay surely be voted to be the leader of Malays and must the BEST Malay, so does go for the other ethnics. nowadays, the parties are all exclusive - celebrity like. Honestly, we worry majorly, most of the so called candidates are about projects. The reasons for a voter to vote is just to support their team with an objective. May it be for the good of the people and neighbors? for a huge some of project? to seek revenge against a situation? i wont answer this as this is too controversial. It is very very sensitive as it puts the organization's harmony at stake.
The calculation is simple. You put a clean person, intelligent, equal person as a candidate people WILL vote. People WANT to vote, people will even vote for the candidate every week to keep him! Nowadays, people check their leaders background. you guys(candidates) are bigger than cristiano ronaldo, a single mistake will dig your political grave. These youngsters today are very intelligent. they wont join when there's no equal chance. They can follow the system if it is correct. How can they vote if they realize the system is flawfull? It doesn't take a genius to realize who is twisted who is not. A candidate will be judged, analyzed and criticized. If there is no candidate available what would they do? they just WONT vote. Because the price of putting their trust is priceless. There is no such thing as 'beli undi'a.k.a vote buyings from these generations no more. And we are talking about the generation who will take care of the country when the elderly is GONE.
The younger generation is well exposed by unlimited sources of education, yeah.. the older generations will live to say you are raw and we have more street knowledge. but that is just the single reason that these younger generations are making conclusions from what they've observed, they dont know who to choose because the candidates are not clear enough to be voted. A vote is priceless as it is the backbone for the country. and if the country backbones has viruses - maybe a family of viruses, the resources will go elsewhere rather than for the people. and we dont want that. Pull off the grants, the government subsidy and all, just who will survive? these nation bonuses will not be there forever. The younger can cope, it might take time but they will live. So it doesn't really matter if we dont have those subsidized item, as the countries loyalty comes first.
Just look and see what our country has become since the last 10 years. Our country is for us, not for other country. The local politics is not well-known outside so just let keep it sane inside. They is no use blasting it to
neighbours. Keep this in tact, when you put flaws of your own country on the map - it really put your countries income at stake. There is no where else like home. This is my country, i love it, i would spill blood fighting for it. Yes i will. And many of those youngsters out there will , even without the PLKN training.
This nation consists of multiple races, a candidate who can unite these races into 1 will surely win at any place. and the only way to win those hearts is to fight something bigger than yourself, your party. some thing bigger than personal benefits. Something which can produce an equal benefit for the nation. Major ethnics, melayu, cina, india. we combine these 3 ethnics, we can be the most stable country in Asia, maybe in the world. but monopolization has put these bonding at stake. Maybe war from alienated force would pull it together again but no one wants to see that happening. We pray everyday not to have that kind of scene here.
So youngsters(non-voters), if you find your suitable candidate please vote. No matter who, i know we cant really join a party right know as we are not even confident of the candidates ability today. We pray hard for the true leader to show himself. Guide us to be THE harmonious nation. Election is coming. Think fast, think wise. If the candidate is ridicolous i wish there is an engine where we can say our thoughts why he is not suitable and get the 100% true person up there.

Local mass media shouts the lacks of youngster voting. Why? Why does this young people putting their country at stake? I do not know in what relevancy of their research output, simplified and summarized the youngsters are not interested in politics. In a layman sense, just who wouldn't want to live in peace, everyone does. even a crying baby of 1 minute birth cries for peace once she enters this world.
It is a matter of generation gap. Adults, elder people who fought for independence really appreciate these nation soils of growth as they have seen blood spilling all, uneven manner of hipocracy, racisme, ethnicisme, and more negativity. But those negativity was put aside as they need to be in control in an organization of their own. Together they started hand in hand to fight something bigger than 'life', creating a nation. But yet, several groups has come to an issue when it comes to create these dream, filling it with spices of nightmare based on individual interest blanket with promising nations. There were more than 3 political parties back before 1950's in our country. but yet, they managed to get the independence on 1957 ; but yet singapore left as almost a decade later to minimize national threat for a nation which is only 10 years old. And you elderly people are accusing your young guns not caring about the nation????

R U SURE - you aint no genius?
Using the term and words such as 'mind', 'brain', 'intelligence', 'IQ' or what so ever words which concludes your reading navigation to brain is kinda nerdy but respected. Even if sum1 maybe your boss, colleague, whoever you hear saying in the most ill mannered way such as "use your brain!", "no brainer!" it still makes you wanna think for a while.
Concurrently it might work to some people if the words are twisted such as "use your leg!" maybe it direct u to use your leg to run, walk, kick, tap dancing or anything associated with your legs.
Do you know? the brain will still work for while even when your heart stops pounding? Argh.. even a kindergarten kid knows that. They even know an ostrich brain is smaller than its eye. But.. does some'thing' with a bigger brain diameter means cleverer? I cant say some people with enormous head skull is cleverer than some 1 with a smaller skull. This is WAYYYYY more complicated than making a hotdog souffle. Modern Science has some theory that the more amount of electrons moving in 1 brain can generate more output of it. But has any scientist ever tried to put li-on battery inside a brain? Hell no as it is just a theory.
Well, modern quotes insists -The brain is the temple-, i dont feel cleverer than a second ago when i discuss this, as what i am trying to treble out , sometimes the brain is overrated. Life on earth has been and always been judgmental by performance which is rated via grades ; A,B,C, Pass, Fail, 1-5 stars. But can really a person fit in a fix system to evaluate humanity? Majority will pass the humane system but what about persons who might fail because they are just not interested to fit in those systems? Live fast die young! I bet neither cristiano ronaldo nor taylor swift knows the contents of CH3COOH.
The conquest to become intelligent in something has always been a mature goal of a born person. What about the sayings - Jack of all threads - good at nothing? Majorly - maybe nothing, what if jack is a super-child maybe can be good in multiple tasks? My opinion; to fit in a community where you can walk, talk , run , eat , sleep, wander, idle like other people you have to be alike. Career goals, having good wages, living like a civilized person is what they called to be human nowadays. It's good but does it mean you must only be good at one thing? Can a singer can only be good at music and can't be really good at bungee jumping? Hell no. So isn't thready jack fake? Geniuses never call themselves geniuses same goes as stupids will never admit themselves as stupids. I dont even know what geniuses really navigate too, as i dont see anyone can be a genius of everything, maybe they can be better than most of the earthlings on earth but there is so much to be learnt.
Last year, There was one overratedly child genius called Adi Putra from Malaysia who can memorize and play with numbers. Justin bieber could sing and play multiple instruments since he was 4, imam syafiee translates and elaborates the whole Al-Qur'an while he was 7. These are prodigies - yes. Geniuses? erm... as i said i dont recommend to use the word genius, maybe they are gifted and their perspective mature more than others. But the struggles of one to become best of its kind is priceless.
There was a show last night about a young pianist of 15 years old trying to find a new prodigy partner from China. Many of young prodigies from the age of 6-12 applied and auditioned. And my oh my, they are so damn good i can bet the piano cried while them playing. Each of them practiced from 5-10 hour a day except 1 boy from HK and he got the part. I may not have the authority to comment about the lengthy hours but it proves that no matter how good, gifted you are, some time must be spent with patience to give way for your perspective to open. maybe in anything. How long will it take for one to learn.. then the measurement will be by talent. And there comes the word 'talented'. So genius is out of my book. i am no genius, i never wanted to be a genius. i just want to explore the bridge of knowledge and find the roots of problems. As i believe, there is a link between all the problems and conflicts in this words and there will be a method to break it up.
